At Casa Pollastro you will find a variety of cultures and foods that together create an extraordinary experience. Casa Pollastro offers a four course meal. Our courses bring warmth to the soul. For those familiar with our food, each course brings back memories. For those who aren't, each bite hopes to create new ones. Our food focuses on Galetos and pastas, creating an Italian-Gaucho experience. All of our food is home made, including our bread, soup, and various pastas. Our Galetos are marinated with a variety of herbs and spices for over 12 hours.

For those who aren't as hungry, we offer al la carte of the course. Everything that is offered can be purchased separately. Since our primary protein is Galeto (chicken) we also offer USDA Prime Picanha aged for 60 days roasted over charcoal served on a plate of onions. You can also order any of our pastas and accompaniments.
