Our story comes from the Serra Gaucha in southern Brazil. The way we present our food comes from a long time family tradition. At Casa Pollastro you will find a variety of cultures and foods that together create an extraordinary experience. Our food represents a way of bringing people together, creating memories that last a lifetime.
Casa Pollastro offers a four course repeatable meal. Our courses bring warmth to the soul. For those familiar with our food, each course brings back memories. All of our food is home made, including our bread, soup, and various pastas. Our Galetos are marinated with a variety of herbs and spices for over 12 hours.
For those who aren't as hungry, we offer a Build Your Own Rodizio experience. Instead of everything coming to your table, you can choose which items you'd like to have. Each item is priced differently, and is all you can eat! It's different than a la carte, and it allows for a more repeatable dining experience.
